I have an Apple one subscription but when I access my Apple TV app on my fire stick, I am unable to watch certain shows. Rather than play episode it will say ways to watch, when you click that it tells you you have to have a subscription. I’m signed in fine. On my iPad, I can watch the show is fine. Why can’t I access everything on my TV?

What show were you trying to watch? Is it part of the Apple TV+ catalog, or from a different content provider?
