Why can’t I access movies and TV?

I have an Apple one subscription but when I access my Apple TV app on my fire stick, I am unable to watch certain shows. Rather than play episode it will say ways to watch, when you click that it tells you you have to have a subscription. I’m signed in fine. On my iPad, I can watch the show is fine. Why can’t I access everything on my TV?

Unable to watch movies on Apple TV I'm signed into Apple TV using my Apple ID. Signed into TV and my mobile app. Can't watch movies or shows. You get to the movie n can see trailers but try to watch movies and it shows ,How to watch, you select it n tells you to purchase or sign-in. What's up with this any solution? What show were you trying to watch? Is it part of the Apple TV+ catalog, or from a different content provider?
