Check to see that Silence Unknown Callers is set to OFF. Open Settings ➔ Phone ➔ Silence Unknown Callers : Set this to OFF
Check to see that Do Not Disturb is set to OFF. Open Settings ➔ Focus ➔ Do Not Disturb : Set this to OFF
