Can I stop macOS from prompting me to trash install files after installation?

It's really annoying to have to block access to the folder and then decline every time. Two extra steps to finish every single installed application.

How does one get rid of purgeable files? On Windows, you delete a file and it's gone. Not so much on my $4500 MacBook! Can someone tell me how? It's even more difficult to submit a question.

"Block access"? To what? One click to say yes or no. I do not believe that there is an option to change this.
