my iphone 13 froze and wont turn off
why does my phone randomly freeze and i am unable to turn it off and reset with buttons?

Hey grillaz_mommies,
Take a moment to force your iPhone to restart as outlined here:
- "Press and quickly release the volume up button.
- Press and quickly release the volume down button.
- Press and hold the side button.
- When the Apple logo appears, release the side button."
If you're able to restart it, test if the issue persists. If it does, we'd recommend backing up and updating to the latest version of iOS.
