why is the face of my Apple Watch Series 7 constantly magnified

As soon as my watch face goes back to normal size and I pick it up it will become magnified very large

Watch app on the phone;

Tap on accessibility and turn off zoom.

it won't go to anything I can read it is so magnified

Thank you very much. After resetting I was able to shut off Zoom in accessibility.
