What cable do I need to connect a pair of headphones to my iPhone?

What kind of cable i need to connect a pair of headphones ( Corsair Virtuoso RGB) to my iphone? Because i tried a lot of cables and adapters but none worked. The problem is that when i enter in a multiplayer game, where i need microphone, the headphones disconnect from the phone.
