Apple Watch Series 3 Bootloop
My Apple Watch is stuck boot looping, even when holding both buttons for 10 seconds it powers off, but when powered back on it continues to boot loop. Any solutions aside from replacement?

You can can letting the battery fully drain and then charge.
During restart loop you can try resetting the the watch and see if that helps;
- Depress and hold the crown and side button until the Apple logo appears. Nothing is lost
Last would be to contact Apple Support.
There are other posts in this forum and the Using Apple Watch forum with the same problem. and I have not seen a solution.
