Apple Watch 8 - wrist measurement - data sources none

I’ve been wearing the new watch for more than 5 days. I have my sleep schedule and sleep focus turned on, but my wrist temperature is still not producing any data. I also don’t see any ‘Needs More Data’ in graph - might be because the data source for wrist temperature is ‘none’ even though I have the latest updates installed. Any suggestions?
