Hello I need to update my iPhoto library upgrade, I am at 8.1 right now and I would like to upgrade I can't find it.

Do you meant the tool that upgrades an iPhoto Library to 9.6.X so that you can use Photos to convert it?
Note it requires Mojave or lower to run, since it is 32 bit.
