Can’t update any of my apps on AppStore due to disabled account.

When you see the message, don't try to edit any of your account information. Instead, contact Apple Support for help.

If I go to apple support I get asked to update the app first before continuing and not even that I can do because it won’t let me so what am I supposed to do?
My problem is that I can’t update any app on my phone because when I try it says “Your account has been disabled in the AppStore and iTunes”. I have watched YouTube videos and nothing seemed to work what big issue is causing this that I’m not seeing?
