Hello I have a problem with my phone yesterday I see message “your phone detected virus in calendar app what’s I do ??

An iphone, unless jailbroken, cannot get any viruses. That's a scam/phishing attempt.
Go to Settings>Calendar>Accounts and delete the rogue calendar which you (even inavertedly) subscribed to. When done, restart your device.
