How can I reset my password even if I forgot the current password?
Hi,
If you see the option to enter your current password in Settings > Name > Password & Security > Change Password, you must not have a passcode set up on your device. I would recommend setting up a passcode, and then using the Support app to reset your Apple ID password if you are still unable to do so within Settings.
