I'm not sure what you mean by claim missing report? Did you have Find My enabled on your device? You came here from the related article link at the top of this page. Did you read it and try to track your phone or follow any of the suggestions in the link?

If Find My was not enabled, you can't track your phone. If you didn't buy AppleCare+ Theft & Loss, you'll have to purchase a new phone.

Do you have AppleCare+ Theft and Lost or a similar insurance plan from your carrier? If so, file a claim. Do you have Find My active on your device (a requirement for AppleCare+)? Try to locate it that way. No other method will actually assist you in locating your device.
