Just updated to iOS 16.0.2. Still having problems with audio using a hdmi cord attached to the tv. Apple, can you please fix, patch, do whatever it is that needs to be done to fix it. I’m using the appletv app and would like to view it on the tv screen.

I reached out to apple support and spoke to a senior advisor. They are escalating this issue up to the engineering department to hopefully resolve the situation. I had to send them videos of what happens each time I try to use a streaming app so they can see what is going on.

Was it working before?
If not, please check the lighting to HDMI adapter and the HDMI cable. I think you need at least HDMI v1.4 with HDCP cable.

Yes. It was working fine prior to the ios16 update and the iis16.0.2 update.
