should I buy a Macbook Pro M2 2022 or Air M2 2022?

I work with some extensive Excel spreadsheets, occasional Word documents, several email accounts, watch YouTube art instructional videos, have about 30,000 photos. and some downloaded music. I will need a hub as I have an external monitor and label printer to plug in plus will need an SD card reader and occasionally plugging in a dvd drive. I need the portability of a laptop, and am happy with 13". I have narrowed down my needs to either a MacBook Pro M2 2022 or a MacBook Air M2 2022, with 16GB memory and 1TB storage. why would one be a better choice than the other for me? Any help in understanding the difference would be appreciated!
