Apple ID verify issue
when I try to verify my apple id, I receive verification in that ID, how may I access the apple id for verification code if it is not verified

To receive a verification code on an non-verified device, you may use the steps described in the article you posted from to "Get a text or phone call" or "Get a code from Settings on your trusted device". If neither of those options are possible then this section at the bottom would apply:
"If you can’t sign in, reset your password, or receive verification codes, you can request account recovery to regain access to your account. Account recovery might take a few days or longer, depending on the specific account information you can provide to verify your identity."
