Iphone Xr

Why is my iphone Xr keeps on shutting down 3 times in a row? I experienced this after I updated my phone to ios 16.0.2 It happened 3 times now. First it happened this morning then in the afternoon and now in evening. I don’t get it, it supposed to help fix the bugs and other issues but what it did is it makes it even worse.
