I have just set up my new Mac Studio and must have checked "reduce transparency" in the Accessories section. Now, I can't remove the check mark, as I really don't want to have a grey menu bar and dock! Help!
Mac Studio
System Preferences > Accessibility > Display
Uncheck Increase Contrast
Uncheck Reduce Transparency
System Preferences > Accessibility > Display

Uncheck Reduce Transparency
You should just be able to click it again to turn it off.

Thanks, Barney-15E. I found that I had to first uncheck "increase contrast" before I could uncheck "reduce transparency."
