iPhone is roaming in coverage area
My phone is cellular data is roaming but I’m in the area of my cellular plan . How could that be happening?

It could be due to bad cell service from your primary carrier (perhaps a bad or problematic tower or towers.)
Your best bet would be to contact your primary cellular carrier and ask them.
