How do i update my ios to 15 when the only option in my software update is ios 16

If your phone is eligible for the latest software upgrade, that is the only iOS version that you can upgrade to. You can’t download iOS 15 if your phone is eligible for iOS 16. If you want to upgrade, iOS 16 is your only choice.
