Why aren’t my saved passwords syncing across all of my devices? I have an iPhone, iPad, and a MacMini. My husband says his saved passwords sync on his devices (iPhone, MacBook, and MacMini), but I can’t figure out how to make mine sync. Is it possible, or is my husband mistaken?

Ensure that Keychain in iCloud is enabled on each and every device. For iPad and iPhone:
Settings > [Your Name / AppleID] > iCloud > Keychain > iCloud Keychain - set to ON
For Mac:
Ensure that Keychain in iCloud is enabled on each and every device. For iPad and iPhone:
