Voice memos with IOS 16

Just updated my iPhone 11 to iOS 16. Voice memos is now very slow on bringing up the 3 dots sub menu if I want to resume a recording or edit it. Very annoying as, when it was working I used it every day. No problem on my iPad🤔 Apart from that some other apps are taking longer than pre update to load & are a little glitchy. Is there any point in me telling Apple or should I just wait for the next update? Thanks for taking the time to read this

For help regarding the performance on your iPhone since updating , test the steps below found in the article here: Restart your iPhone

"How to restart your iPhone X, 11, 12, or 13

Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.
Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo."
