Hello garwae,

Being able to track your sleep is a great feature of your Apple Watch and iPhone. It sounds as though you're wanting to view your sleep history on the companion iPhone. This information can be found using the steps listed below. You can also find these steps in the "View your sleep history" section of the following article. These steps are specific to the Health app on your iPhone.

  1. Open the Health app on your iPhone
  2. Tap Browse at the bottom
  3. Tap sleep.

Track your sleep on Apple Watch and use Sleep on iPhone

If you're following those steps but information isn't loading as you'd expect, are you following the steps in the section "Set up Sleep" of the above article to verify that feature is enabled? If not, make sure that feature is enabled.

Let us know how that goes!
