Locked to Owner - iCloud - Please Help

Hi,

I'm currently locked out of my new iPad and have no login details or proof of purchase (gift from friend which cant find any reciepts).

Is there any way of unlocking it via jailbreak? or another simple way?

Would be such a shame to get rid as I want to continue my art on it...
