Cannot install garageband on iPad ios 15.7
I cannot seem to install the garageband app since you need ios 16 but ios 16 is not released in Sweden until October. What are my options?

I cant install garage band in my iphone 7 ios 15.7.1 ,it say i need ios 16+, if there is other apps to change ringtones plz tell me or u can help me plz .
