I read that since many tourists are buying iPhone 14 Pro in the US, Apple will allow the purchase of iPhone 14 Pro with a physical SIM card.
It is not possible to purchase an iPhone 14 in the US that has a Nano SIM slot.
You read incorrectly, consider the site where you saw that as unreliable.
