Clock Widget in Stack defaults to World Clock in iOS 16.0

The Clock Widget in my Stack defaults to World Clock in iOS 16.0 every time I open it.

Is there a way to change this so that it functions like the Clock App? In other words the Clock App defaults to whatever tab/module I used last. So if "Alarm" was used last, it will open to "Alarm".

I use these tabs/modules in order of most used/importance

  1. Alarm
  2. Timer
  3. Stopwatch
  4. World Clock

I hardly use the "Stopwatch" and never really use the "World Clock" at all. But I use the "Alarm" everyday. Sometimes up to two or three times a day.

I suppose I am being picky, but it would be nice that the Clock Widget in a Stack would function like the Clock App.

Hi NealinNewYork,

Thanks for posting in Apple Communities.

You can edit some widgets in how they're configured. To configure a widget:

Touch and hold a widget to open the quick actions menu.
Tap Edit Widget Edit Widget icon.
Make your changes, then tap outside of the widget to exit.
You can also move your widgets around to put your favorites where they're easier to find. Just touch and hold a widget until it jiggles, then move the widget around on the screen.

You can find these steps and additional steps to configure your Lock Screen in How to add and edit widgets on your iPhone.

You can provide feedback for additional configurations to Product Feedback.

Regards.
