We understand you mentioned this started since the last update to your iPhone, so let's see if additional updates may need to install to clear this up.
First, let's confirm there aren't additional pending updates to install on your iPhone. If an iOS update is available, be sure to complete a backup prior to installing it. If you have the latest iOS version installed, let's check the App Store for any pending updates. If IKEA is the manufacturer of the devices, check that their companion app is updated specifically as well. How to manually update apps on your iPhone or iPad
1. Open the App Store.
2. Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.
3. Scroll to see pending updates and release notes. Tap Update next to an app to update only that app, or tap Update All.

Lastly, check within the companion app to see if the individual devices need to install any updates as firmware sometimes needs to be updated. Once you've checked through all of that, restart your iPhone then let us know what the results are.
