New update

My iPhone 11 has done the iPhone update 16 but I had it for about 3 or 4 days and my phone has gone into freeze I came home to my phone in the lock and not being able to go into the Home Screen so i tried to power off for a reset and know it has froze on the page of power off and emergency call please can you help me with this
