Dear community,
i got very strange problem: my wife gets error "Could not accept invitation" accepting one I sent to her.
Both phones are iPhone X, iOS is 16, latest.
We have AppleTV and HomePod, updated to latest versions.
I restarted phones, AppleTV and HomePod several times, removed and re-added her account - also several times, signed off and on on her phone - also multiple times, nothing helped.
Any help is more than appreciated, i'm desperate...

We understand you're having trouble inviting your wife to share control of your home in the Home app. We'd be happy to provide information to help you address this.
Just in case, check that either you or your wife aren't blocked on each others' devices:
Block phone numbers, contacts, and emails on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Since you're inviting your wife, is either the Apple TV or HomePod signed in to your Apple ID?
Set up your HomePod, HomePod mini, Apple TV, or iPad as a home hub - Apple Support
Make sure that both you and your wife have two-factor authentication enabled since it's required for this:
