How do I get into Safari?

Oh my God X5. Help me access Safari so I can get into my Doxy to see clients!

I can't get into Safari, no icon though it's downloaded on my Apple Air 13

No answer and it says solved when no one has responded

And now I've exceeded posting limits. So much for peace.
