Hey there, yazan212!

Looks like you're going to Settings > Instagram to change the notification settings of this app. You'll actually want to go to Settings > Notifications > Instagram to allow notifications. Learn more about notification settings here: Change notification settings on iPhone - Apple Support

Regards.

Hey yazan212,,

Before removing your applications and reinstalling, check for any app updates. This could resolve the issue without you having to delete them. Here’s how:

1. Open the App Store.
2. Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.
3. Scroll to see pending updates and release notes. Tap Update next to an app to update only that app, or tap Update All.

All the best.

Hey yazan212,

Not all applications may use notifications. Just to confirm, if you delete one of the applications that should have notifications, restart your iPhone, then reinstall the app, does the option for notifications appear? This could tell us a bit more about what’s going on and possibly resolve the issue.

Test and get back with the results.

Take care.

Hello yazan212,

Thank you for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. There's a chance that you may have content & privacy restrictions turned on, which will not allow notifications to be used within Instagram. You can verify that by going to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions. Here's more information: Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

By disabling this feature, it can possibly help you to access the settings for notifications within Instagram.

Kind regards.
