How do I purchase songs through ITUNES music without having to subscribe?

How to buy a song on Apple Music Is it no longer possible to buy individual songs on Apple Music? I opened Music, hit “iTunes Store”, searched the song I wanted, and was shown a preview page that required me to sign up for Apple Music at 11 bucks a month. All I want to do is buy individual songs like we used to be able to. Suggestions? TIA.

Make sure you are looking in the iTunes Store, not in the Apple Music streaming catalog. Follow the instructions in this guide carefully: Buy music from the iTunes Store - Apple Support
