Hi EP123_78,

Thanks for posting in Apple Communities.

To address Siri not working for CarPlay, check that both the paired iPhone and the car's system are running the latest updates. For iPhone, go to Settings > General > Software Update. To check firmware for your car, check the manual or you may need to contact the manufacturer.

Make sure Hey Siri is on on your iPhone in Settings > Siri & Search.

Use Siri on all your Apple devices

If the feature is unavailable, check that there aren't any restrictions preventing access.

Find these steps and additional information in If you need help with CarPlay.

Regards.
