I ordered an iphone 14 on an express delivery from Apple website. Apple is showing that it is delivered but it is not. they are saying that it was sent trough Uber and they don't know why it s not delivered.
can someone guild me how to get the items or a refund from apple.

When Apple shipped the phone you should have received a tracking number. Use it to get the status of the shipment. Then contact the shipping company. File a claim if necessary.
