I want a iPhone 14 pro max but I travel to Belize a lot and they do not use esim. I hear tht the phones in India uses dual sim. Can I get that at the apple store in the US?

No, and there has NEVER been an international version of iPhone. Apple builds and sells iPhone by region of sale.
iPhone 14 can load multiple E-sims Except for BSNL the other carriers in India issue Esims. Keep the physical sim tray for loading local sims abroad. In USA can load e- sims with ease. Remember that only two sims can be used at a time for communication
All iPhone 14 phones sold in the US are dual eSim. If you need a phone which uses a physical sim, it would be a very expensive mistake buying it in the US.
