Since these were transferred using a different computer, you might be able to email them to yourself to save on your computer if the following information isn't helpful.

As you used a different computer with the original file, you may not be able to transfer back to your new PC, but let's give it a try. Import to your Windows PC

You can import photos to your PC by connecting your device to your computer and using the Windows Photos app:

1. Update to the latest version of iTunes on your PC. Importing photos to your PC requires iTunes 12.5.1 or later.

2. Connect your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your PC with a USB cable.

3. If asked, unlock your iOS or iPadOS device using your passcode.

4. If you see a prompt on your iOS or iPadOS device asking you to Trust This Computer, tap Trust or Allow to continue.

Then, visit Microsoft's website to learn how to import photos to the Windows Photos app in Windows 10.

After reviewing this, we believe that there isn't a supported way to transfer synced content from the TV app on your iPhone to a computer, but we'll do our best to help out.

In the TV app > Library see if you can tap and hold on the content you wish to get to the computer. If you have options to share this content, you can email or share it in another fashion to your computer.

However, there isn't a supported way to sync back this content, since it was originally synced from another computer. We know this isn't what you were hoping to hear, but know it is the correct answer given the situation.
