family sharing
We separated our single apple id and have separate ones now. We are setting up family sharing and my apple id shows up with my wife's picture and name. In my phone settings everything is listed with my name and picture.

Log into iCloud.com and see if it is correct in your Settings. Also make sure she is using the correct account on all her devices.
