iPhone resolution issues from IOS 16

Did the IOS 16 update now my screen resolution is messed up on videos, apps and the wallpaper. How can I fix this problem?

Adjust the screen brightness and color on iPhone

Open Control Center, then drag. .
Go to Settings > Display & Brightness, then drag the slider.
