I tried assistive touch .
I tried force restart.
I tried back Tap settings.
But i am unable to take screenshot.
Please help since at my work place I have to share screenshot many a times.

My issue was resolved after i removed my company profile from VPN and device management.
But now i am not able to use my company mail but screenshot is working.
Please check the available storage on your device.
Sir, 14.5 GB is still unused.
I am having the exact same issue. Tried everything suggested and nothing is working! Very annoying. Might switch back to Samsung.
