If you are still under your warranty or have AppleCare+ take it to your local Apple Store or authorized repair facility. If those aren’t options you can call Apple and see what can be done. If it’s is deemed cosmetic it wouldn’t be covered.

I would think you would contact Apple Support and arrange to have it repaired.
