Hello. I’m sure this is a bug with my new phone. But I just got my 14 Pro in the mail yesterday. I’m having an intermittent issue where when I open snapchat, the camera vibrates like crazy and my viewfinder in Snapchat is very distorted. I can physically hear the lense moving in the back of the phone. Is there a known fix to this?

It does the same in WhatsApp for me.
It seems the issue is with the 3rd party apps (so snapchat, WhatsApp, tik tok, etc).
Hope this a software issue and that it will be fixed on the next update, and not a hardware issue.
To me it doesn’t happen all the time. Just once and after I closed app and opened again, I could use normally camera for 3rd party apps, but still scary to have this happen to a new phone.
Apple should answer about this, as it seems it has happened to many people (i found videos on google people catching the glitch on video), so it seems to be a pretty common issue if so many people have it from first day.
Apple, can we have an answer??
I just got off the phone with Apple Support and they said it seems to be a software issue. They logged the issue and will try to fix it with the next update. And that I should always have the latest update when it appears.
Other than that, they said if this happens again to try and record it (screen recording) and send it to them, as this will help them.
And people should report this issue when they get it, so they can gather as much information as possible to fix the issue.
So…I think for the moment all we can do is wait for an update and report it if it happens again. And record it.
