Can I get a refund if I forgot to deactivate my subscription?

A few months ago I downloaded the popular SimplyPiano app, which allows you to learn how to play the piano. Unfortunately, I forgot to cancel the annual subscription and was charged €134.99 for the subscription without my wanting to. Is it possible to ask for a refund?

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
