My MacBook is getting to heated and some times it lagging why its happening like that ?

Hi,

Try to check your MacBook Pro with Apple Diagnostics if it reports heating or fan, if your MacBook Pro has, related issue.

To look for possible software issues run EtreCheck and post the report here using the "Additional Text" icon which looks like a piece of paper.
