Cant add Credit Card to Apple Watch

I have successfully added two om my credit cards to my new iPhone 14 Pro Max and I can pay with both of them.

I then did a reset on my apple watch and successfully paired it with my new iPhone. On the apple watch (via the Watch application) I managed to add the first of two credit cards on my iPhone and it works.

When I try to add my second card it fails. The card shows up on my watch and there is an "ADD" button next to it. When I press the "ADD" button, I get asked to enter the CVV code. When I do that, it tells me that its an invalid card and I need to check my information. Its not an invalid card and the CVV code is correct. I have rebooted my phone and my watch, no luck. Any suggestions when it comes to the next step?
