Spam Risk Calls on iPhone

The last two days the floodgates have opened on Spam Risk calls. I’ve had 20 per day. All I want to do is have my Apple “smart” phone ignore any incoming call marked spam risk. I don’t need them sent to VM. Just ignore the incoming call. I can not find a way without adding third party junk apps to my phone. I don’t need any more junk running on my phone. Just a check box that ignores Spam Risk. Any ideas or am I screwed.
