I got a new phone number with Telcel in meico and when I try to select it for iMessage and FaceTime it keeps "buffering" the number and never fully selects it, only my email for my Apple ID works. I added my phone number to my Apple ID but still no luck

Wondering if you removed the old phone number ok.

which iOS version you have installed on your iPhone 11.
(Eg: Some apps work best with the most recent iOS version.)
