How do I turn off my personal WiFi address

We're a bit confused by your post, but we'll do our best to assist with this.

If you are wanting to disconnect from a Wi-Fi network, you can go to Settings > Wi-Fi and disable Wi-Fi altogether, or you could tap 'i' next to the network, then 'Forget this Network' to remove it from the device.

In case you were referring to something else, please reply back with more information. Are you trying to disconnect from a Hotspot or a specific Wi-Fi network? What happens when you take the steps above?
