Why is my ios 16 not showing and i have a iphone XR

what do you See when you go to Settings > General > software update?

do you install the iOS beta version?

1. Go to Settings > General, and tap VPN & Device Management.
2. Do you see iOS Beta Software Profile?

This will be expected behavior if you have beta profile in your iPhone!

To check that ,Go to Settings > General, and tap VPN & Device Management.

do you See the iOS Beta Software Profile? If so you have to uninstall it and then you will be able to update your iPhone to iOS 16 learn How to uninstall iOS or iPadOS beta software - Apple Support.

In the software update settings, I get “iOS 15.7. iOS is up to date.” Still the old update. What could be the problem for not getting the new update. Location is Saudi Arabia, if that helps.
