how to lock blocked numbers on child's contacts?

I've blocked the contacts that I don't want my child to text however, they can easily just go and "unblock" them by going into the individual contact. I set her as a child account for her iPod and iCloud accounts but I haven't figured out a way to prevent all communication (sending/receiving iMessages, FaceTime audio/video calls) from certain contacts. Can you please help me?
